Anthony's Italian: Authentic Flavors of Italy in Fort Smith

First time in and we found our new Italian restaurant. Great food, we had a waitress that was her second day on the job but she knocked it out of the park. Will be spending my anniversary there.

Undoubtedly the best Italian food in the area. The place is clean and has a lovely atmosphere. The service is excellent with friendly, attentive employees. The owners are very sweet. The food! The food is exceptional. I’ve never ordered anything that wasn’t prepared to perfection and delicious. The servings are big enough that you’ll need a to go box so you can enjoy yours leftovers the next day. The menu is large so you have lots of choices. They offer a wide selection of wine and spirits.

Great food large portions for the next day my fam loves their bread. Good prices. Its pretty loud and echo-y so my autistic kids don't like it. If you take someone on the spectr7m take your noise canceling headphones.

Date night at Anthony's last night. The bread was very nice. I started with a tossed salad and ordered calamari as an appetizer (never tried it before). The salad was excellent. We didn't care for the calamari, so I asked the waitress if maybe the staff wanted it while it was still hot and fresh. I had veal Parmigiano and my date had manicotti. Our entrees were good. Waitress was very friendly but a bit absent, however, it was quite busy. When we checked out, the owner did not charge us for the calamari. It was a good experience, and we won't hesitate to return.

I can’t believe this was our first time to visit Anthony’s! While looking up another local Italian restaurant, I saw that Anthony’s had won a “Best of” Fort Smith so I decided we should try it! We got right in and were seated quickly as they were not busy but we arrived a bit before 4PM on a Saturday. My son ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo while I ordered the Chicken Parm Cremora and we thought they were both delicious. The Alfredo was the best I think I’ve ever had-very creamy, and I appreciate that they didn’t skimp on the sauce! Fantastic! We also ordered the Combo Sampler as an appetizer and I was shocked at the size of the mushrooms and the raviolis! They are whole mushrooms and the raviolis are bigger than the size of my palm of my hand. I will say I prefer slice or button mushrooms but these were still good but not sure if I’d order them in the future. The marinara was good but I’m not much of a marinara fan so don’t feel like i can offer a solid review of it. I had wished id asked for ranch dressing for dipping the mushrooms and cheese sticks. The staff was pleasant but not overly attentive. We took much of our food home because we ate so much bread and apps! You can’t beat the prices for the quality and amount of food you receive! Truly priced better than any other Italian restaurant anywhere in our area—chain or otherwise and worth it by a mile!

Came to Ft. Smith over the weekend for an event. My friend and I wanted to eat at a local place. Anthony’s was recommended by employee at the hotel we are staying. We are so glad we got to experience the food and service here. Everything was so nice and food was delicious. Our server Jackie was very friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was great. We recommend it.

Best Italian food in town. Everything they make is so fresh from their bread to the oils to the sauces. Best fettuccine Alfredo I've ever tasted. I had the pasta trio and the lasagna was great. My wife had the spaghetti with meatballs and meat sauce. We also had the fried ravioli. All of it was fantastic and the best part is you'll have enough for a second meal out of it. For the amount of food you get, the price is cheap. The staff was super friendly and personable. The only flaw we had with the place was it had some echo and a kid screamed and it echoed through the whole dining area. Super easy fix with installing sound absorption panels on the ceiling to help. It's nit picky but other than that this is my new favorite place to go for amazing Italian food! I highly recommend this place.

The food, spectacular. The ambiance, lovely. The only negative I could find was the noise. I spoke to the owner about introducing acoustic dampening fixtures throughout to reduce the noise level. This will be addressed soon.
